We want you to love your Havaianas, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn flip-flops or accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once inspected at our warehouse.
